Summary

The Industry, as the backbone of the economy and its main link, is important for the economic development, as far as without its effective functioning, itis impossible to reach the progress of the country, public welfare, economic and political security its reinforcement and maintenance, the poverty reduction, possibility to employ labor resources of the country. It is of utmost importance to establish and develop the industrial policy that is connected with political, organizational, economical and social matters.

The latest task of the industrial enterprises is to bring out the enterprises from the protracted crisis. In addition, their active support and rehabilitation is necessary, appropriate production acceleration, creating of favorable environment for the attracting investments and for implementing effective investment projects.

I consider that the development of the small and medium business, promotion of the micro-businesses and improve men of the business environment must be focused, for which it is necessary to create the relevant legislative and institutional basis. Along with the support of the foreign industrial investments, the country's financial institutions budget, investment funds and others should provide industrial policies with respect to the reorientation on relevant projects based on their efficiency.
